This was our first time skydiving. We highly recommend booking the earliest session so you can watch the sunrise. It was an amazing experience in Cairns. If you want photos or videos taken, you'll need to add a package at the shop.

The tour guides were responsible, funny, and very attentive. They also demonstrated their professional work ethic. We had originally booked for a certain day, but due to weather issues, the hot air balloon could not take off. We rebooked for the next day, but that also didn't work out. We were only able to successfully experience the hot air balloon starry sky experience on the day after that, which was excellent.

I have never encountered such a great team before. Each and every one of them is extremely friendly. At first, I was a bit worried, but seeing their professionalism, I was completely relieved. They are really amazing. At the time, I also had some troublesome requests, but they helped me resolve them all in one day. I don't know how they handled everything, but I have truly never seen such an outstanding team.

Thisntour was amazing! The staff onboard the boat provided excellent service, educational presentations and wonderful buffet food. The snorkeling was absolutely beautiful and suitable for all levels of experience. If we travel back to Cairns, we’d definitely book this same tour again.

We did the full-day tour with snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef and a visit to Fitzroy Island — an amazing experience! Everything was really well organised, the staff were great, and the reef itself was a true bucket list moment.
Lunch was delicious and clearly labelled, which was perfect for my gluten-free partner. Fitzroy Island was beautiful.
Plenty of freedom to explore the reefs as long as you follow the rules. Highly recommend!

This half day trip was a great way to get out in the water and see some sea life. We primarily visited Cairns for a larger trip we booked on the reef, but this extra half day gave us some extra time snorkelling! Saw turtles on top of the water from the boat when we arrived, though weren’t lucky enough to see them under the water. Did see a ray, a reef shark, and plenty of fish! Team were kind and helpful to and from the island. It was nice to kick back with a beverage on the return.

Good scenery and nice weather. The tour guides Jimmy and Agatha for glass boat is professional and nice. The lunch box from Foxy's bar was tasty.

I can't speak English at all, but there were 4 or 5 Japanese staff members, so I had no problems. Since I was participating alone, I was worried, but they spoke to me several times and were very kind. There were also a few Japanese participants. It's the same boat that goes to Green Island, so it stops at Green Island first, where about 80% of the people get off. Those going to the pontoon remain on the boat and head there. The rental snorkel set and wetsuit were clean. There was curry for lunch, which suited Japanese tastes well. I was hungry after swimming, so the curry was a welcome treat. You can't see much coral at Green Island, so I recommend the pontoon for those who want to see coral reefs.
