I've returned from my 10-day trip to Xinjiang. I booked my own flights but had no idea about the itinerary, so I contacted Klook. They responded very quickly. After the customer service representative asked about my general requirements, they helped me create an itinerary. I was satisfied with the accommodations they arranged. Before departure, the concierge arranged for our driver, Master Liu. Master Liu took great care of us throughout the trip, helping us with any needs we had. He also paid attention to the surroundings while driving, and whenever he saw a beautiful view, he would let us stop to take photos. The concierge also reminded us each night about the next day's itinerary and what to pay attention to. They also monitored local weather and traffic conditions. When bad weather was anticipated, they discussed it with us in advance and suggested changes to the itinerary, ultimately helping us avoid heavy snow and road closures on the Duku Highway. 👍🏻

Our first trip to Ili, Xinjiang, an eight-day, seven-night journey, has come to a perfect end. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was fantastic. I sincerely thank Klook's travel consultant for planning the trip, and our tour leader Liu Zhou and concierge Yu Shan for their thoughtful care throughout! Our tour leader, Liu Zhou, was professional and meticulous. At each scenic spot, he provided detailed explanations of the local customs and culture. He even proactively took us to lesser-known attractions not on our itinerary, which led to many wonderful surprises. Every day, he prepared fresh fruit, including sweet and soft 'Old Man' melons, pre-cut and distributed to everyone – such heartwarming attention to detail. The distances between attractions in Xinjiang are long, with many winding mountain roads. Liu Zhou's driving skills were steady and experienced, earning a thousand thumbs up! We never felt tired even during long drives, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Our online concierge, Yu Shan, was also very responsible, providing daily updates on the next day's itinerary in advance and carefully reminding us about important travel considerations like clothing, sun protection, and road conditions. Both of them provided attentive companionship throughout the trip, making it worry-free and pleasant. This Ili trip was comfortable and unforgettable, and I highly recommend it!

Thank you for your arrangements, which made our Xinjiang trip truly unforgettable! We especially want to commend our tour leader, Xiao Ma, and our concierge, Mao Mao! Tour leader Xiao Ma diligently took us to different places every day, finding delicious food and fun activities, and thoughtfully taking photos for us (even on the cold day at Sayram Lake, he did his best to fulfill our drone photography request). He also stayed until the very end to address any questions we had. He's the best tour leader I've ever encountered! Concierge Mao Mao also clearly explained our itinerary to us every day. Whenever I contacted her, she responded quickly and was very patient, which put us completely at ease! The entire trip was relaxed and unhurried, and our accommodations were comfortable! We will definitely visit Xinjiang again, and when we bring our parents in the future, we will book this tour again! Thank you!

The itinerary included punctual pick-up and departure. The local guide was very clear about the optional activities and the route. We had ample time at Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, and the scenery was beautiful. After the tour, we returned to the city on time. This is quite convenient for those looking to join a day trip.

This travel experience truly exceeded expectations! The driver was professional and considerate throughout, with steady driving skills, familiar routes, and smooth and safe driving. Not only was he punctual and attentive, but he also proactively helped with luggage and reminded us of important details, like a caring and reliable family member. He patiently explained things along the way, answered all questions, and arranged a reasonable pace without rushing, making the entire trip relaxing and comfortable. He was enthusiastic, honest, meticulous, and responsible, truly a perfect travel concierge! Highly recommended, I will definitely choose him again next time!

This tour is a good introduction to North Xinjiang for first-time visitors. However, be prepared for long hours on the road. That said, the overall experience depends a lot on the driver-guide. I didn't appreciate being directed to expensive restaurants instead of being given a choice. On my last day, the airport driver insisted I leave the hotel early because of traffic but there was none. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before my flight, apparently because the driver had another booking. Overall, the scenery made the trip worthwhile, but I hope the company gives guests more flexibility and puts customers' convenience first.

this tour is rslly worth to buy. tour guide,agent are helpfull. this tour complete my journey in xinjiang. you must buy this package❤️.additional fee for camel ride&offroad car are worth it , because these experience are amazing. thanks to tour guide help me with documentation, her skill of taking our video with handphone like using drone👍👍

I highly recommend this private tour, in 9 days we were able to appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang. I am still processing how unreal the places are. Truly grateful also to the most accomodating and patient driver, Mr.Lee, despite the language barrier we felt very taken care of by him.

Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!
