• When a team's itinerary, attractions, delays, prolonged stays, or early termination are caused by force majeure, the travel agency has the full authority to handle the situation according to the circumstances at the time. If there are cost adjustments, any unspent fees will be refunded to the tourists, and any excess expenses will be borne by the tourists.

• This tour is a group tour for individual travelers. It is uniformly received and arranged by the Xinjiang Travel Individual Traveler Service Center. Please bring your ID card and other documents when you go out, for verification during the journey and for hotel identity confirmation.
• During travel activities and free time, passengers must pay attention to their own safety and the safety of accompanying minors. Projects such as climbing Guanyu Platform, taking a cruise, rafting, and horseback riding should be undertaken according to one's own health conditions and capabilities; any harm caused by personal illness during the journey shall be borne by the tourist themselves.
• The tour guide will recommend self-funded activities to tourists based on the actual situation. Tourists participate voluntarily and independently. If fewer than half the number of people on the bus participate, the activity will be canceled. For those who do not participate in self-funded activities, please get off the bus and engage in free activities in the designated area arranged by the tour guide (for safety reasons). The waiting time will be the same as the participants' tour time.
• The driving time in the itinerary is a reference time under non-congested conditions and does not include sightseeing time at attractions; provided that the number of attractions is not reduced, our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of visits based on the guest's opinion. Complaints will be based on the local reception agency's tour feedback form. Please fill it out truthfully. If it is falsely filled out or not filled out, it will be defaulted to no reception issues, and our agency will not accept complaints made after returning.
