From the moment I arrived at the station, the process felt smooth and organised. The business class lounge was quiet and relaxing, and boarding was easy with helpful staff available to assist passengers. The seats were extremely spacious and comfortable, with plenty of leg room, making the long journey much more relaxing. I also appreciated how clean and modern the train was. Watching the scenery change through the window while travelling at high speed across China was an experience on its own. The staff on board were professional and attentive throughout the trip, and the overall service made the journey feel premium and stress-free. It was definitely one of the best train experiences I have had, and I would highly recommend trying business class when travelling between Shanghai and Guangzhou.
