It took weeks for me to finalize this tour, and with the help of my agent, I came up with this amazing customized day tour, especially I was travelling alone and will cover all the expenses. Turpan was freaking hot! So the tour there is not for DIY, You must get a private car since the attractions are not nearby each other. My driver picked me up with a Pink Tesla and I was so happy since it is my favorite color! The driver speaks little english so it wasnt hard for me to talk to him. He had been my tour guide as well and was very gentleman and thoughtful. I almost had a heatstroke in Kumtag desert but with the help of my driver, I survived. I experienced the hottest part of China and I survived the heat!!! Im so happy I got this tour. Worth the price! eveything was well prepared for me. I felt safe also. Klook is very reliable, and people in China has been good to me. guys, come visit Xinjiang!

The place is incredibly beautiful and grand, with pleasant, cool weather. Everything was great. I'd like to suggest a small improvement for the guides to make it perfect: offer each activity separately. Initially, I thought I had to buy a complete set of pre-arranged activities, but when I arrived, I found I could purchase them individually. This led to me spending money on activities I didn't enjoy.

I had a great time with this tour. The driver Mr. Zhang was prompt and attentive. The scenic area was under construction at multiple places. The cable car ride to get to the mountain was not included in the ticket, but the driver helped me to make the purchase. The ticket is another 200 yuan and worth the experience to reach the summit.

this tour is rslly worth to buy. tour guide,agent are helpfull. this tour complete my journey in xinjiang. you must buy this package❤️.additional fee for camel ride&offroad car are worth it , because these experience are amazing. thanks to tour guide help me with documentation, her skill of taking our video with handphone like using drone👍👍

Overall, it was very good, especially the male guide. He was very helpful, provided excellent service, was clear, and gave complete details. The itinerary was worthwhile, and the locations were beautiful.

Henting og avreise var i rute. Den lokale guiden forklarte også tilleggsutgifter og ruten ganske tydelig. Etter ankomst til Tianchi-sjøen i Tianshan-fjellene var det god tid, og utsikten var vakker... Etterpå var vi tilbake i byen i tide, noe som er veldig praktisk for de som ønsker å delta på en dagstur...

Had an amazing time exploring Nalati Grassland with this tour! It was a small private group, only 6 people, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed instead of rushed like the bigger group tours. The admin/and the driver was super helpful and patient, even though I don’t speak Chinese, they made sure I never felt lost or left out. Communication, logistics, everything was smooth. Highly recommend this tour if you want a more intimate, well organized way to see Nalati without the mass-tourism crowd. Will book with them again if I’m back in yining.

This trip allowed me to appreciate the magnificent scenery of nature. However, please be aware that symptoms of altitude sickness may occur. Our driver, Ma Lei, was truly a remarkable person—my gratitude towards him is beyond words. I felt incredibly honored to travel with him. Ms. Kaixin, who was in charge of picking us up at the airport, welcomed us like family and took care of us until the end of our trip. The hotel was also excellent. Overall, the trip was very well-organized; Ms. Kaixin, driver Ma Lei, and the manager who oversaw the entire trip were all outstanding.

This tour is a good introduction to North Xinjiang for first-time visitors. However, be prepared for long hours on the road. That said, the overall experience depends a lot on the driver-guide. I didn't appreciate being directed to expensive restaurants instead of being given a choice. On my last day, the airport driver insisted I leave the hotel early because of traffic but there was none. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before my flight, apparently because the driver had another booking. Overall, the scenery made the trip worthwhile, but I hope the company gives guests more flexibility and puts customers' convenience first.
