Transport in Shanghai

If you plan to stay in Disney till night, this would be the best opyion. Don’t have to deal with the private car service from the Mickey carpark for prices, etc. The driver will meet you there with your name. Easy and convenient

Convenient for getting into the city because it saves time. However, tickets purchased from Klook need to be exchanged for a physical ticket, and this cannot be done at the automated machines. You need to go to the regular ticket counter with staff, which takes time waiting in line.

The driver arrived 20 minutes early to pick me up. I was waiting for him at the door, but he even went up to the third floor where the hotel is located to find me. He was very kind, helped me with my luggage, and even checked to make sure I hadn't forgotten any luggage.

Driver Chen very nice and very helpful. im with parents, he helped me a lot, and always on time, he also make us a itinerary when i dont know where to go. its legit and very recommended. and for Driver Chen 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 perfect hospitality. and customer service very fast for response me, once ive got a group on wechat. very thankful and grateful with their hospitality

The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff onboard when I boarded the wrong car. Guided me to the right one in case I got on the wrong train as it was a long train. Smooth and comfortable, for the most part travelling at 300km/h.

it was a smooth travel with our designated driver. It was really convenient since we wanterd to visit on our own pace thus we cant join group tour .

Extremely good car service on Klook! Very punctual, smooth driving, and good communication even though some of the drivers only speak Mandarin. Will engage Egobus again when I am back in Shanghai! Ride to Legoland is about 1h20mins from Shanghai Downtown.

we got a free upgrade to minibus due to our luggages. thumbs up. the trip was smooth, the driver was driving safely throughout the journey
