Easy way to go from the cruise terminal to downtown Shanghai. Disbarkation day can be chaotic, so it was nice to have a ride ready for us. Driver had a sign with my name on it.

Since we had a group of 8 people, and two taxis weren't enough to handle all the luggage, we booked this vehicle and used it, and it turned out to be a great choice. The cruise arrival time was delayed by about 2 hours, so we were later than the original reservation time, but we contacted Klook and they readjusted the time for us, and we were able to use it without any additional charges. I plan to recommend it to people around me.
