We had a lovely experience visiting Yu Garden in Shanghai. Booking our tickets through Klook was very easy and convenient, which made planning our visit simple.
The gardens are absolutely beautiful, with traditional architecture, ponds, rockeries and plenty of great photo opportunities throughout. We visited during Golden Week and it was also raining heavily, so it was understandably very busy, but we still really enjoyed exploring the gardens.
Despite the crowds and weather, Yu Garden was definitely worth visiting. There are so many beautiful spots to stop for photos, and the rain actually added to the atmosphere of the traditional gardens. A wonderful place to experience while visiting Shanghai!

Our guide Maggie was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with us throughout the whole trip. She always adjusted the schedule to our needs, helped us with everything, waited for us whenever we needed extra time, translated for us, and even bargained for us when we were shopping. She answered all of our silly questions with so much patience and was always there whenever we needed help. She truly took care of us like a real mom! 🥹❤️ We felt so comfortable and well taken care of with her. We’re very grateful for everything she did for us!

I absolutely loved my Shanghai‑style cheongsam photoshoot!
The makeup and vintage hairstyle are so delicate and beautiful. Every little hair accessory matches the whole look perfectly. There are many elegant cheongsam styles to pick from, and the shawl, pearl handbag and earrings are all prepared for you.
The old‑town setting is fantastic for photos. The staff are patient and friendly. I felt just like a gentle lady from the old days. I’m so happy with my pictures, strongly recommend this studio!

Wonderful experience on the Huangpu River Cruise (Qingjiang Line). The night view of Shanghai was absolutely stunning, especially the skyline of The Bund and Pudong lights. The cruise was relaxing, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of good spots for photos. Staff were accommodating, and the atmosphere was enjoyable from start to finish. A perfect activity for first-time visitors who want to experience the beauty of Shanghai at night.

Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience! The package included makeup, hairdo, dressing, and a professional photoshoot. The photographer moved around with us throughout the session, making it easy to capture beautiful moments.
The package also included transportation to and from the shop after the photoshoot, which was very convenient.
Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely highly recommended! I will certainly recommend it to my friends. ❤️

Helpful instructions in finding the location. Nice selection of costumes and the makeup artist did a great job on my makeup. The photographer was super helpful since I’m so bad at posing ahahha. Great value for money.

It was a really good experience, the view was great and the oolong tea was amazing. The time flew by quickly but it was so worth it. The perfume section was very nice as well and the gallery. I would definitely come back. I had a little confusion finding the location but it is located on amap under “Song Art Space Gallery Art Tea Drinks” located near the Dairy Queen.

I had my first solo 'Wanghong' (influencer) experience! It was smooth because I had booked and paid in advance. When I arrived, I chose an outfit and changed. There was a wide variety of beautiful outfits! The makeup artist used a new puff, so it was incredibly hygienic. After the makeup, they gave me a pouch with the used puff and makeup remover. I was very satisfied with both my hair and makeup! The photographer was also a professional, using various props, guiding my poses, and taking me to different shooting locations, which was a lot of fun. Although this particular store had few reviews on Klook, it's a very famous spot where even Korean celebrities have visited, so I'm glad I booked it. The staff used a translation device to explain things, and the store's location was easy to find, so I think even solo travelers can go with peace of mind. I highly recommend it! If I ever come to Shanghai again, I would definitely do this again.
