The teacher who taught the kids at 5 o'clock yesterday was so nice and guided them at their level, thank you. My child wants to go again, so I'm planning to go while we're here. I highly recommend it!

This is my second time to participate this activity with my colleague as “team building” with Raftasia. Is really fun and the coaches are very nice, friendly and makes a lot of fun with everyone. My colleagues and I are very happy with their services provided. We definitely will join again!

Small and simple petting zoo with a variety of animals to interact with and feed. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes within the petting zoo itself when we were there, so it would be good to prepare for that. There are other activities within the compound such as fishing and prawning, which might be interesting for children to experience without having to go too far away from Petaling Jaya.

The best Amusement park visited till date .. Our whole day sailed away with 6 parks.. although night park was closed due to some reason and for that I got refund amount thank you so much Klook.. I will surely love to visit Sunway Lagoon again if ever travel to Malaysia.. Must visit please keep light clothes and swim dresses to enjoy in water kingdom.. Also take a sunscreen..

If you’re planning to visit this zoo just for the Giant Pandas then please don’t bother as the Giant Pandas aren’t there anymore since May 2025. They were on a loan from China and they have gone back home. Overall the zoo is very nice. You get to see lots of animals like Raccoons, Tigers, White Tigers, Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Black Panther and many many more. They also have a nice aviary and birds like Brahminy Kite, Ostriches, Emus, Cassowaries etc. There is also an aquarium. The children’s area is very nice where the kids can touch and pet animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, parrots and ponies. The dining options are also good. I would personally recommend eating at the Savannah Cafe. The zoo isn’t very crowded as it isn’t on the typical tourist itinerary. Mostly locals and little children during our visit. Gives you a chance to enjoy the zoo in peace. Definitely recommended if you like being around animals.

Best time to go is weekdays...Staff is friendly...most importantly, the food is delicious and not too expensive..Clean environment..even the toilet is clean...no unpleasant smells...It's really great to go here...all the slides are open...If I'm lucky, I'll come again..Thank you Splashmania..very awesome experience.....love it...(If I could, I'd give it 100 stars)

The most convenient way to purchase tickets must be using Klook. Remember to take own self face photo at home before you reach for facial recognition during entry. Second times being here, brought my daughters 11 and 7 years old. Participated from as early ad 10am till 6pm. The tricks to play are the moment tou enter, go and book the occupation first, make it at 12md onwards subsequently follow by hourly so that you can save the time for queue. Than tou go for the respective occupation that you prefers. We took our meal inside which they have Zuscoffe, Subway. One thing that i would like to share is if you are driving EV, you will be able to exit and reenter again as long as you inform them will do

a lot of animals to interact with but other exotic animal need to be in specific time if u want to hold it.. nice and clean environment. prfect place to come with small child but big child for me it gets boring just in 3 hours (my personal opinion no hate)

The place isn't bad, it's the best. Well-maintained. The staff were good and friendly, except for the staff at the Thunder River that day who were rude. Food is sold indoors and you can pay via QR code. So far, for RM35/entry, it's really good and suitable for my family of four.
