Transport in Ha Long

The office contacted us a day ago about the rough pickup time and other driver details, and exact pick up time and vehicle number was given one hour before our pick up time. All the commnications were through Whatsapp. The driver welcomed us to our seats and drove safely along the way from Halong Bay to Hanoi. For us, they specified that we will be transported by another car from surburban Hanoi to center Hanoi, it's not comfortable as the limousine, but it's still good. The driver was kind enough to divert the backseat air conditioning vents to other direction, and he also checked the traffic before inviting us to get down at our destination. From this experience of us, they did provide great service for this minivan travel.

We enjoyed the private car which is very convenient when we need toilet breaks, leaving at the time we want and privacy. Limo van in good condition but the massage chair function is not working. Driver Mr Dŭng is very helpful, professional and drove us safely throughout the trip. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp and Google translate. Highly recommended for those who want the convenience and comfort of traveling to and from Sapa.

We booked a private transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay for our overnight cruise (about a 3-hour journey) and had a great experience. The driver was very helpful and professional, and we even requested the same driver for our return trip. He made a convenient stop for toilet and snacks along the way, which we really appreciated. The car was an electric SUV which is clean, modern, and very comfortable. He also dropped us off at the correct port without any issues. Overall, a smooth and comfortable transfer. Highly recommended.

The bus very clean, modern and comfy with pillow, blanket, a bottle of water given inside your area. I took the top and got headache, a little bit unstable if you are on top. overall we got to stop 3 times for toilet break and the toilets are all clean but there's 2 stop that you need to pay. transport included: pick up from hotel/from designated area price: affordable
