Well-Organized and Memorable Day Cruise!
We had a fantastic experience on this day cruise.
The day began with an on-time hotel pickup from Old Quarter, and the bus ride to the harbour was smooth and comfortable. The cruise also departed right on time, which we really appreciated.
Each stop allowed sufficient time for sightseeing and relaxing without feeling rushed. The views were beautiful, and the entire journey was well-paced despite being a full-day tour from 7:15 am to 8:15 pm.
The lunch was good and fresh, though a few more vegetarian options would have made it even better. The crew was extremely friendly and made the trip fun and comfortable throughout.
A special thanks to our tour guide "Tea" for excellent coordination, helpful insights, and maintaining such a positive atmosphere all day. His efforts truly made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and highly recommended cruise experience! 🌊☀️👌

this was a wonderful day trip from Hanoi . our guide Binh (blue) was excellent . it was worth the money and time . being on middle of TET , it was less crowded and so we enjoyed a lot being in the nature and vast ocean , surrounded by limestone hills from times immemorial calling us from afar . magical it was . bring your personal, at least 1 litre of water bottle( no plastic) . once you reach Halong bay , plastic is not allowed anymore and you have to purchase water all the time which in total can be extra.

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳

Perfect tour for friends and family! Our guide Vincent was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and funny. We got enough time at each attraction and Vincent let us know all the good activities and photo spots. There were a lot of vegetarian options for food as well.

The tour was great! The tour guide Kimi was very nice and often had short conversations with the guests and asked if everything was going well. On the bus and on the boat, Kimi repeatedly provided information and made jokes in between. The transfer is generally pleasant, only the bus is a bit old. I would recommend the tour to everyone!

we have enjoy our trip, with very delicious food. we have a very accommodating tour guide Mr. Ben. as to the tour we enjoy the bamboo ride most. I recommend you to try their day tour also and enjoy the view.

We are open during the Lunar New Year period. The bus picks up passengers from various hotels in Hanoi at around 5 AM, a little over a two-hour drive, with a brief stop at a highway rest area in between. After arriving at the visitor center at around 8 AM, check in at the reception area (near Highlands Coffee) and take a shuttle bus to the pier to board the boat. The stopover time on each island is about 30-40 minutes, and you will be transferred by different small and medium-sized boats. You need to follow the instructions of the staff. Since the time is tight, you can ask the staff to help you clear the way, get tickets, and get rafts, otherwise you may lose time just queuing. The same bus will wait for returning passengers at the visitor center. The return trip was delayed by 1 hour due to other passengers in the group, but the driver was very patient. There were no shopping stops throughout the trip. Thanks to the efforts of the staff, the arrangement was very smooth, and the food was delicious. A satisfying experience!
