This is my 2nd time booking Cozy Bay, never disappointed me. They deliver a very good service and give you the most memorable experience during the tour. our tour guide - Tea was very warm and treated us like a family, checks on us from time to time to make sure everything is okay. The cruise staff were also nice. My mom and I’s experience was superb! Every bit of it was amazing 🫶🏻 Thank you again, Cozy Bay.

Robert hung was my tour guide. it was an awesome experience ane best Cruise 🛳 trip I have been to. the Kayaking and cave experience was exceptional and food was very very good. they even gave us complimentary snacks in evening. highly recommend

I signed up for this tour and received a notification of a free upgrade to the "Halong Bay One Day Cruise: Sung Sot Cave & Titop Island" due to an inspection. The pick-up and drop-off in front of the hotel was also very good. Our guide, Johnny, was always mindful of everyone not getting lost in the crowded tour and provided bright and cheerful support. I think I would have enjoyed it even more if I had better English skills.
We were blessed with good weather for the Halong Bay cruise, and the view was truly worthy of a World Heritage site. The participants were from all over the world, and we shared tables on the boat. I was a little nervous, but I had a great time. Only the drinks on board were extra in this tour. It was a wonderful tour that I can recommend.

We had unforgettable journey to Ha long Bay. Our guide Sam was professional friendly and polite. All staff was very polite and friendly and service was excellent. Lunch was good, food was tasty and we had a good choice. Ha long bay is amazing place and must see for all tourists who visit Hanoi. I highly recommend this cruise for all people visiting Hanoi.

My one-day cruise in Ha Long Bay was unforgettable, thanks to Andy, Johnny and their amazing team. From start to finish, Andy was a great guide. He kept the entire day running smoothly, expertly guiding us through all the major activities, including Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and a bamboo boat ride at Luon Cave. The genuine care from Andy and the crew truly stood out. They were constantly attentive, making sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the day. Highly recommended!

Top value for money. Everything was well organized, and I received all the information beforehand via WhatsApp. The ship is beautiful and well-maintained. The many people are well distributed on the large ship, so you can always find good spots. The food was great, delicious, and a huge selection. The only downside is that the ship doesn't go far. You can constantly see the city in the distance. The staff speaks English.

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳
