It is a great trip I've ever had. The sceneries are stunning. Warren is a amazing guide. He made us enjoy every minute of the trip. We see the wild kangroos and Koalas. Which is definitely an add to this trip.

Excellent Great Ocean Road tour experience. The driver was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the journey safe and enjoyable. Time management was spot on — every stop was well-planned with no rushing and no wasted time. Food arrangements were good and convenient, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. The stop locations were perfectly chosen, giving enough time to take photos, explore, and truly appreciate the scenery. Overall, a well-organized, smooth, and high-quality tour. Highly recommended.

We had a full day tour on the Great Ocean Road. Our tour guide, Jools, from the West Tour was very kind and lovely. She had a trivia 101 to each place we visited. She also gave us little souveniers together with her Gumnut. This trip was all worth every penny. A must try when you visit Melbourne.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR DRIVER JAMES. He was so professional in terms of explaination on each and everything we see, good drive, made extra miles to search for closer kangaroos !! His eyes are sharp and we managed to see 5 wild koalas !!! supper blessed to have James with us on the entirely journey and I never felt bored on my solo trip. Best day ever

I joined this tour alone, even though I don't understand English. I was the only Japanese person. Kiwi, our driver and guide, provided guidance throughout the drive. I tried desperately to understand using a translation app, but it was impossible. When it started raining as we moved to another location, they lent me a raincoat, which was a great help. I was so happy to see wild koalas and kangaroos in the distance. The blueberry mini-muffins we had during tea time were delicious, so I bought some at the close and took them home. THANK YOU VERY MUCH‼︎

we did not receive any message on the detail. according to what is written in klook is 8am at Chinatown . however after 8 no sign of driver . end up we got to call the number that provided by klook to check and the person then told us is 8.20am.

The crocodiles here are well-cared for and quite large, allowing you to observe them up close from above. The aerial boat in the crocodile area gives you the feeling of a jungle adventure with a chance encounter with crocodiles. Many areas are cleverly designed for great photo opportunities, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. While exploring, you can enjoy stunning views of the Yarra River from the large glass windows on the second floor of the exhibition hall. The penguin area is a must-see, featuring not only many large penguins but also a section with smaller penguins learning to swim. It's amusing to see how awkward their turning technique is when they're young. The gift shop offers a great selection of merchandise, with many animals not found in other aquariums, including prank snakes, which we bought as gifts for friends. Healesville Sanctuary is highly recommended based on online reviews. Children under 15 enter free on weekends; we visited on a weekday, and there were only about ten people at each exhibit. The restaurant was also quite busy, so if you visit on a weekend, it's best to arrive early due to the larger crowds. This zoo is highly recommended, requiring at least half a day to explore. If you bring children, they might not want to leave the playground area, which features a sandpit, shovels, a suspension bridge, and other fun facilities. We arrived early and didn't leave until 4 PM. Many exhibits have scheduled presentations. The kangaroo and aviary enclosures are only separated by a rope, creating a near-zero-distance experience. Animals like anteaters, koalas, and otters are well-planned and easily accessible, showing that the zoo provides a good environment for the animals. We loved the abundance of phytoncides and towering trees, especially the many eucalyptus trees, and the sounds of wild birds to discover, making it a very relaxing place. Neither my friend nor I drive, so we chose this skydiving experience because it was the only one with city pickup. On the day, we went to the meeting point shown on Google Maps based on the provided address (Normanby Road 3006), which led us to a spot in front of a travel agency. However, it was the wrong location. Fortunately, the staff called proactively, and we were able to get on the bus (although they seemed to think we were late, which wasn't the case). The correct meeting point is at the Southbank Tram Depot station, so don't trust Google Maps. The skydiving experience itself was great. The instructors are very experienced, jumping 7-8 times a day. The plane is a bit old, but it doesn't affect the experience. I would recommend purchasing the third-person perspective video when jumping from 15,000 feet. We met at 7:30 AM and were back in the city by around 12:00 PM to be dropped off. Overall, the trip was very cost-effective.
