Even though we had to take our luggage through China Immigration ourselves, it was very quick and smooth, and the driver was already waiting for us when we finished.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

The driver was very helpful and punctual. He helped us for the luggages. We communicated via Wechat, so it’s not a problem for me if the driver cannot speak English well. The vehicle was clean. The driver dropped us to the port and he will wait for us at Macau side and took us to Macau’s hotel. It’s very convenient, comfort, and worth the money.

The arrangements and service provided by Master Bang were excellent! Since we were traveling with children and elderly family members, meeting Master Bang made our trip perfect. We were on a one-day tour in Zhuhai, and due to an unexpected change in our return plans, we asked Master Bang and his company to arrange our transportation back to Guangzhou. We didn't take the high-speed train back because it would have involved a long walk, which wasn't convenient for us.
