Easy to use. Just scan the proveded QR code at the entry point. they will give you physical ticket with seat number attached on ticket. The journey was about 1hour and 5minutes

Using the QR code to get tickets is quick and convenient. The staff is courteous and welcoming when boarding. The seats are comfortable, the air conditioning is very cool, the sailing is very stable, the sea view is pleasant, bottled water is available for free, and we arrived at Jiuzhou Port in 70 minutes.

for HK to Zhuhai, no need to exchange for ticket. just use QR code to enter. however, from Zhuhai to HK, u need to exchange for ticket at the ticket office at the pier.

simple, fast and efficient. Plan your onward journey well thought. Taxi cabs won’t take Hong Kong dollars or Macao MOP, you’ll need CNY. there is an ATM in the waiting room however personally, I’d go to Macao, not Zhuhai, but revisiting the Turbojet which is superb. .

originally I thought just need to use QR code for entry. however, when I reached the gate, customer service asked me to go to the counter to exchange for ticket first but the process is still easy and smooth.

Buying the ticket on Klook is very convenient. The ride was smooth and only took 70 minutes to get to Zhuhai. You also get a complementary bottle water.

slight confusion as tickets needs to be changed at ferry counter if board from Zhuhai however QR code can be used during boarding at HK ferry terminal. please take note

took the 9am ferry. reached there 40 mins and went to the ticketing counter, showed QR code from Klook to exchange for physical ticket. Bought luckin coffee and some dumplings to bring onboard ferry. free bottled water was served on board.
