very new and clean hotel. staff are friendly and helpful , including housekeeper. there was an event during my stay there, a bit chaotic at the hotel lobby with many fans waiting to meet their idol. I waited 10mins just to get into lift to go the ground floor. other than that, a very pleasant stay, room with a nice view too. perhaps the hotel can consider to separate the elevator for guests and public if there is an event in the hotel.

The facilities, rooms, service are exceptional. However the only problem is how inconvenient and hassle it is to go up to the hotel. When riding the elevator from the mall, there might be long lines just to get back to the hotel lobby as well. Not accessible also by train, need to walk to bus stops.

Been to Hong Kong lots of times and have stayed at different hotels in different areas before. For Wan Chai area, this is the third hotel that I have stayed and would say this is the best. Spacious and clean. The only downside of this hotel is that you would need to change lift at the lobby area at level 19 to get to your hotel room. Other than that, everything is fabulous.
