The indoor layout was excellent. We hired a 1-on-1 coach for the kids, and the coach was very patient. We had a great time and learned quickly. We skied until we were starving, and since we had plans to go shopping that day, we didn't stay too long after the lesson. We promised the kids we'd come back again. Since billing starts the moment you swipe your card to enter, buying an unlimited pass is less stressful.

It's very convenient, fun, and unique. The only thing is that you have to wait in line for the cable car down the mountain, but it's a very memorable experience, and the kids loved it! Everything was excellent, especially the buffet dinner. Although the variety of food might not have been extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which truly deserves praise. However, I felt that the swimming pool policy, which requires guests to wear swimming caps but doesn't provide them, was a bit inconvenient. If you need to buy one, it costs thirty dollars, so for a family of four, that's one hundred and twenty dollars. This aspect was a bit disappointing, but other than that, everything else was okay. It's still worth a stay.

Upon entering the restaurant, the elegant ambiance and attentive service create a welcoming atmosphere, while the Macau night view from the window adds a romantic touch to the dining experience.
Regarding the food, the seafood section features fresh and plump Boston lobsters and Alaskan king crab legs, which are replenished very quickly. The freshly carved Spanish ham paired with melon offers a perfect blend of savory and sweet. In the Japanese cuisine area, the salmon belly is rich and thick, the sweet shrimp is fresh and free of any fishy taste, and the chef's handmade sushi rice grains are distinct. Hot food highlights include the slow-roasted Angus beef, which is rich in juices, and the creamy, warming lobster bisque with puff pastry. The dessert section is even more delightful – the signature cheesecake is dense and delicate, the macarons have just the right sweetness, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream is available in unlimited supply.
The service staff proactively replaced plates and refilled water throughout the meal, and the chef even appeared to inquire about the dining experience, showing great attention to detail. The price of 598 yuan per person may seem steep, but considering the premium ingredients and impeccable service, it is absolutely worth the value. Whether for an anniversary or a business dinner, this place can create unforgettable memories, earning a perfect score for the desire to revisit!

The food was decent, but the suckling pig skin was very tough. The baked oysters were the best. Also, many of the staff were just chatting amongst themselves, and you had to cut your own steak. There seemed to be very few chefs, perhaps only two, so the food came out very slowly.

The hotel recently opened, and the rooms are clean and very new, though there's still a slight smell of renovation. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel's pastry shop makes delicious cakes, and the afternoon tea set is very affordable. The restaurant is perfect for photos. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they prepared a cake for us, which was lovely. All the hotel staff were polite and attentive, except for the employee who handled our check-in. She was unprofessional and didn't smile. We had originally booked two rooms, and by 3 PM, only one was ready. We proactively left our WeChat contact and asked her to notify us when the other room was available. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, around 4:45 PM, we still hadn't heard anything. We went back to the front desk to inquire and were then told that the room was ready. The front desk staff member was very unprofessional and handled the situation poorly.

Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay Hotel
A truly excellent travel experience, with a full sea-view room and a balcony facing the ocean. The view is spectacular, and the room is spacious and comfortable!
I'd like to commend the hotel staff for their service attitude, especially Bruce Liu, Jacky Huang, and Andre Guan, who provided a lot of help. We are very grateful to them for making our trip perfect. Also, thanks to Isabella at the front desk for patiently helping us find a suitable room.
Although the room had some minor problems (the sliding doors got stuck!!), I would also suggest adding some small hooks in the bathroom and other areas for personal towels and underwear, etc.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again if we have the chance!!
