Intercity Transportation: Zhuhai to/from Hong Kong and Macau Private Car Transfer

We were assigned to a male driver who fetch us from Zhuhai Chimelong Spaceship hotel to Disneyland Hong Kong Explorer Lodge. The driver is punctual, polite and helpful in moving the luggage up and down the car. The car is clean and comfortable. We have to get off at Zhuhai immigration, which we have to carry all our luggage down. We didn’t have to get off the vehicle at Hong Kong immigration and we reached the hotel comfortably. The journey overall takes near to 2 hours. Expensive compared to taking public transport but it’s really less stressful and easier for us with kids.

Hire them for Chimelong Spacehip hotel to Disney HK. Driver arrived 30 minutes prior scheduled time. He had hotel callled our room to notifies that he arrived. The car has cigarette smell. Passing immigration/custom in Zhuhai/Macao/HK was a bit confusing. It would be better if they have instructions written than trying to explain with language barrier. I probably hire them again given we have young kids and lots of luggage.

The car was good and arrived on time. The driver provided excellent service, and it was great not having to get out of the car when crossing the Hong Kong border.

The driver was 21 minutes late, drove very fast, and drove in an S-shape. He didn't know the roads in Zhuhai and couldn't read a map! We are in mainland China and don't necessarily use WhatsApp, nor do we add WeChat to communicate, which is very inconvenient and makes communication very difficult!!

This was the second time we used the same provider for a return trip from Zhuhai to Hong Kong, and unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. The driver braked abruptly throughout the journey, making the ride extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. He was also using his phone while driving and changing lanes suddenly, which caused a lot of anxiety. We were travelling with children, and we genuinely feared for our safety during the trip. The drive took about an hour and a half, but it felt much longer due to how stressful it was. We were honestly just relieved to arrive safely. Given that this has happened more than once, we are very disappointed and would not recommend this service, especially for families with children.
