Really love this trip! All managed very well and taken care of. Our tour guide Vino and driver Seva are very attentive and kind. We really enjoyed the trip, Vino really master the history of Malacca, and she really helpful. She paid attention to details and help my senior parents for them to have comfortable trip. The lunch also great! Overall we are satisfied with the trip and service. Recommended!

we had a wonderful time. Not much crowd on sunday during ramadhan month. 100% recommended to buy ticket in klook... because i bought 1 physical ticket for senior citizen thinking it would be cheaper but the price was more higher for senior citizen compared to klook price. better to purchase in klook itself for senior citizen as well.

Anyways, it is very easy to use them. Just open applied the voucher code but you need to make payment for booking fees RM 1 per ticket each instead of RM 0.50 per ticket. So just use them with those price above RM 20++ one

Booking convenience through Klook: Extremely convenient. When booking with Klook, simply present the QR code for scanning, and you're all set.
Service: Friendly and courteous staff. The Chinese staff member taking photos in the glass box was excellent; every photo turned out beautifully. I arrived at 2 PM and got beautiful lighting. I'm impressed with all the photos, all of which the staff took for me. Paying 10 Ringgit per person gets you group and individual photos of everyone. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

From the Tower tour, to the beautiful view of the city, all was worth a spend. There are limited tickets and entry allowed everyday, also they are very strict on timing and the slot that you have booked, so better to go on time and be there when your slot is announced. The towers are a true architecture marvel. Also the KLCC park and Suria Mall downstairs are also a fun addition which have no extra entry costs. Booking on Klook and their instructions and customer help team are all extremely customer friendly and that helped me plan our trip all on our own

The trip was very good. The bus was on time and it was very organized. My friends and I are very happy with the service.
The only downside was the heavy traffic during our tour, which broke the momentum at that time.
It's understandable since it was Ramadan and Chinese New Year during that time, so Kuala Lumpur was very traffic-congested. However, it doesn't change the fact that we enjoyed the activity.

I love how the trips were organized, especially the smooth itinerary and the bus frequency. It was awesome.
The staff involved with the KL Hop-On Hop-Off service were truly helpful, from the lady managing the queue before we boarded the bus to all the staff in charge inside the bus throughout the trips.
If there was one thing to change, I would prefer the latest bus. The first bus we rode was clean and well-maintained, which we loved. However, the second one, which we took after stopping at the Sammy market, was slightly dirty and a bit old, which diminished the experience. But then, on the second half of our city tour, we got another new bus, and we loved it.

Had a fun time at Berjaya Times Square Play Park! The play area is spacious with I lots of rides and games suitable for kids and teens. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, and there’s plenty to explore for a few hours of entertainment. It’s perfect for a family outing or a weekend play session. Prices are reasonable and there are food options nearby too.

I’ve been to teamLab in Japan, and Space + Time feels like a smaller, more intimate version of that experience. My partner and I visited when it was pretty quiet, which honestly made it even better—we were able to enjoy almost all of the exhibits without feeling rushed or crowded.
One thing that really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even insisted on assisting us with photos. Not only that, they genuinely knew how to take great photos and helped us get some amazing shots throughout the experience.
Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable visit, especially if you appreciate immersive digital art but prefer a calmer, less hectic environment. I’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Kuala Lumpur.
