Well-organized and comfortable bus ride! The pick-up point is at Suntec Convention Center LED screen (as per the photo not the bus stop number). The driver is a very nice and friendly man with lots of experience. Good price, but prepare for more stops each way as there are multiple pickups.

The operator was incredibly prompt and responsive to my questions. The driver arrived right on time and clearly explained everything every step of the way. Overall, it was a fantastic experience – highly recommended! We would definitely use their service again when we visit Malaysia.

We booked from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Selangor, the driver is prompt, arrived before time, but they are mindful in waiting beyond the free wait time so keep that in mind and be punctual to avoid any hassle

Vehicle Condition: The driver used a new car with just over 2,000 kilometers on it.
Service: We stopped at a rest area for 20 minutes along the way.
Cleanliness: The car was very clean.

The driver is patient and waited 15 minutes for my meeting to finish and then pick me up. He is also a safe driver and throughout my almost 6 hours ride, I did not feel any danger or careless driving.

Went on a Friday and there was practically no queue. We could take the rides many times. We took only 4 hours to finish the whole park. Even though it rained, the rides were still operating. Both Kraken roller coaster and pirate ship should not be missed. Ticket exchange was easy too. Go to the counter to show the QR code to exchange for bands. Bags will be checked. There are food and snacks selling inside. Big and small lockers can be rented and can be paid by credit cards. It was a good water theme park to go if you are in Desaru.

Was able to see a lot of fireflies in the area at night, even i it's just a short trip around the area. Only downside is the transportation getting to and from the area, but apart from that this is definitely worth including for a night itinerary
