It was an exciting journey for me and my 4 friends considering that we never boarded any sleeper bus before. We were picked up at the HK Busliner office by van (nearby café Giang in Hanoi) and brought to another office before boarding the bus to Sapa. The bus is clean and comfortable for our ±6 hours if journey. 2 stops were made for us to freshen up before reaching Sapa, complimentary dropping off service to hotel/Airbnb in Sapa is also provided which I think is also added advantage for passenger.

The office contacted us a day ago about the rough pickup time and other driver details, and exact pick up time and vehicle number was given one hour before our pick up time. All the commnications were through Whatsapp. The driver welcomed us to our seats and drove safely along the way from Halong Bay to Hanoi. For us, they specified that we will be transported by another car from surburban Hanoi to center Hanoi, it's not comfortable as the limousine, but it's still good. The driver was kind enough to divert the backseat air conditioning vents to other direction, and he also checked the traffic before inviting us to get down at our destination. From this experience of us, they did provide great service for this minivan travel.

Our driver, Mr. Tinh, is kind, punctual, and a very careful driver! Highly recommended to take the limousine van rather than the sleeper bus or train. I was able to sleep comfortably the entire travel time.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They served us tea and some snacks while we waited for our train. When it was time to board, the staff guided us all the way to the platform and to our cabin. After we settled in, they checked again to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable journey. Highly recommended!

First time experiencing a sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa. The upper berth seats really shake quite a bit, you can even feel it when driving on flat ground. I'm about 5'3" (160cm) and it was a pretty good fit length-wise, but the downside is that the seat back is slightly reclined, so it's easy to slide down or bend your knees while sleeping. The cleanliness inside the bus was very good, not much dust. If you're worried about the blankets and pillows not being clean, you can bring your own disposable sleeping bag. We stopped at a rest stop in the middle of the trip, but I was too tired to even wake up and slept all the way to Sapa. I took motion sickness medicine before falling asleep, plus I was really tired, so I slept relatively comfortably. My friend, who traveled with me, was shaken around the whole way and had trouble falling asleep.
Included transportation service: After arriving at the station, there is a free shuttle bus to take you to the hotel, which is quite convenient.

Get a Sapaking limo, don’t bother with a coach, this gets you there quicker and in comfort & style. The communication was superb throughout, collection easy and smooth, I highly recommend. After booking, you receive an invite to communicate via WhatsApp, where you can ask questions, then you are provided with details of the driver & their registration. We had Mr Quan for both our trips, despite not sharing the same language, we were able to understand each other.
