on time train, clean train station, comfortable AC coach. this is really a great choice for transfer between Hanoi and Ninh Binh. hassle free booking through Klook. happy that got to experience public train from another country

Comfy enough. the driver was driving with caution. I did not even felt the long drive. I like that it was so spacious and clean. Probably what they can add is a pillow.

A MUST WHEN IN NORTHERN VIETNAM. Great views! The car came in 15 mins early than the time we requested. The driver and someone will contact you via whatsapp before your trip so make sure your whatsapp number is working. All details will be laid out via whatsapp and it was an easy and wonderful trip! Choose this if you want to save time while travelling Ninh Binh. Location we chose was Mua Cave and Trang An. We gave our driver a tip 100 because he was never late and easy to contact. Thank you very much!

they picked up us at keangnam, i received a message from the owner that i have to send a picture from where i stand, i had a little trouble i didn’t download whatsapp beforehand that’s why i had a little trouble. i am grateful for the lady from starbucks who helped us. the service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the owner was very accomodating and the drivers are very helpful. Well pampered from the receiving of guest in the station to the little things in our coach even giving us a heads-up 20 minutes prior to our destination. Our go-to guy Chris oriented us and gave us welcome gifts. Absolutely recommended.

We had a 4 berth sleeping car, but were the only two people in it. Chris was our attendant. He got us settled in our room. he gave me his What’s App# and told me to message him if we needed anything. he brought us tea in the evening and again the morning. the beds are very firm. They had a variety of free snacks in our room. The train was on time. Well done!

very easy to book, kept informed with a pick up time but could not get it from our hotel and had to catch a trap there. very tiring day with a bamboo boat, cycling, tour of ancient temples and climbing 500 steps. tour guide spoke very good English and answered all the questions we had and kept us informed. would highly recommend this trip.
