Everything is good with Sixth. The car is very new. Mileage is very low. Car is clean. Collecting and returning car is smooth. I had to pay another A$40/ day to upgrade the insurance coverage to zero excess. The insurance coverage offered on Klook doesnt cover the first few thousand.

Got a similar car and was happy with it. Although we selected pick up at 4pm which was the latest time slot, do take note if that is the closing time and perhaps just arrive earlier instead as it seemed as thought it was too rushed, but we weren't aware if we were suppose to arrive earlier since it was not stated anywhere in our booking. Since it was my first time renting a car, I was not aware of the different top-ups that were available and what to opt for and was confused especially on the insurance portion. We had already had a package included when purchasing via Klook, we were asked by the staff and was not very sure whether to add those coverage and did not in the end and thankfully everything was smooth. We did top up for unlimited tolls though. If these were clearly stated during booking, and what to expect, that would have made the experience better.

Booked a compact but got an upgrade which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I just encountered a discount plus AUD300 to upgrade to Tesla Model 3. The new car is in very good condition and the service is very good

Not our first time renting from Sixt. Easy pick-up at Sydney airport. When we first started the car there was an airbag warning but they replaced the car promptly for us. Klook was somehow cheaper than Sixt website this time, so we booked via Klook. Hassle-free 24h return at Brisbane, just drop keys into the box. No problems at all.

Car was not what I booked. Had difficulty putting deposit of $1k as there was an issue with swiping the credit card. However it worked after he tried using the chip instead. Wasted quite a significant amount of time. Nonetheless, price was good and car return was simple and fast. Served my trip well.

Was given toyota chr, car was in superb condition and clean. After settling the administrative matters, staff went to carpark to deliver the car all the way to the store front for us. Returning was slightly different experience since that was in melbourne where roads and carparks are squeezier.
