Yes. You can request to cancel & refund your booking for free as long as your request is submitted at least 1 day from your participation date.

A 10% processing fee will be incurred for cancellation requests made 1 day before the participation date.

A 100% processing fee will be incurred for cancellation requests made within 1 day before the participation date.
