It was a disappointment when the operator informed that the cruise has no available slot after the booking has been made. It should be reflected in the booking system. They offered us an “upgrade” to another cruise but it was clearly not an upgrade as it is a cheaper cruise upon checking on few platforms. We gave them other cruise options that we were interested in; with higher prices since they mentioned it would be an upgrade and the ones within the same price range were either not available nor not up to our expectations. They managed to secure one of the options but we needed to add extra fee. Clearly i was not an upgrade. We okay-ed it due to time constraint and luckily the cruise didnt disappoint us.
