When we presented the klook voucher the restaurant said they don’t accept klook vouchers any longer, we asked them for refund and we also asked klook but we never got a refund, so we lost our money on this activity. Klook being such a big company with a good reputation should have make sure we get refund in such situations

Very disappointed as the restaurant didn’t accept our coupon and didn’t provide credit so we lost all our money for this activity. Klook should at least give us klook credit points so we can use them towards other activities
