New Cinema SOPs

  • Only fully vaccinated audiences are allowed to enter into the cinema
  • Only low risk audiences with temperatures not exceeding 37.5 will be allowed in
  • Twin seats are only allowed for two members from the same household
  • Please purchase F&B online or at the E-kiosk
  • Mask must be worn at all time unless eating or drinking
  • Halls are cleaned and disinfected after every show

How To Redeem

  • Apply the promo code to purchase GSC movie tickets via GSC Mobile App or official website (usable for all GSC cinemas)
  • Kindly refer to GSC platform or social media to get the latest movies and the time slots available

GSC App / Website Redemption

  • Step 1: Log-in to GSC website or GSC app with your GSC account
  • Step 2: Select movie details accordingly (movie, date, location, time, seats etc.)
  • Step 3: Select any add-ons at your own choice (optional)
  • Step 4: Selected your preferred payment method
  • Step 5: At the checkout page, click on “Do You Have Promo Code?” and input the promo code before clicking “Submit”. If the code is redeemed successfully, the payment amount reflected wil be RM0.
  • Step 6: After clicking "Pay", you will be able to view your booking details. A "Self Print Ticket" will be sent to your registered email after a moment
