Come here for gf birthday celebration, told the hotel earlier and they get us a surprise cake and some deco, great !

Horrible experience. Staff was clueless when arranging dinner comes with this package. Hotel room was not as shown on package description, you paid rm360 n get to stay in the garden residence instead of the garden hotel, room are spacious and smell mouldy, and while they present sage restaurant in description, actually u are asked to walk all the way from the garden residence to the garden hotel, and the actual restaurant to have dinner and breakfast is Spread restaurant. U get much better deal n perks for this amount if you opt for intercontinental hotel or any hotel other than this. Picture are Spread restaurant. It just looks like cafeteria for staff rather than dining area in 5 star hotel
