- A charge of USD100 will be charged in case of lost or broken device
- Please choose the day you wish to pick up the device in the calendar when checking out, as well as the number of days you intend to rent it for
- There is no minimum rental required; if you use the rental for more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the normal retail rate for the extra days until you return the device
- Normal retail rate is USD7 per day
- Charges are calculated inclusively, for example, if you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
- You will be charged the days you have posession of the WiFi device, regardless of connectivity

Simple and easy to book online through the Klook app. Device was delivered to my hotel before my arrival which made it very convenient. Returning is also through the hotel reception.

Very convenient. No need to find from Thailand. The machine was sent to the hotel where we stayed. When returning, just leave at the hotel counter. There is a little bit of criticism when receiving a communication device for a long time, rather than understanding what we want. Front came to think later that there was a deposit.
