The staff is supportive and everything is well organized. On short notice we asked for picking us up from the hotel in Hanoi and bringing us to the hotel in Sapa. The bus driver did his job very well and we had 2 stops in total. I would book here again.
We had an okay experience with the vehicle just a bit crowded for our luggages but we were able to be back to hanoi safely.
limo is relatively clean with. driver who emphasized on safety. limo company is easy to communicate.
The driver was on time during the pick up and he was fun to be with. Even let us share his food with us.
The best experience! kind staffs, best facility. I love it!
rider was very polite and safe driver
Please be sure to confirm your seats. My husband and I were assigned two seats next to the driver for a long journey. When I booked, I thought the seats would be as shown in the pictures, but they turned out to be next to the driver. I immediately protested, but since the vehicle was fully booked, no adjustments could be made! I suggest asking passengers in advance (not just telling us right before pickup on the day of the trip). If there truly are no other seats, we could have chosen a more comfortable mode of transportation beforehand. Sitting in the "VVIP" seats for six hours, watching the road ahead, and constantly worrying if the driver was paying attention was truly exhausting (I did protest to Klook, but it seemed it would affect the driver's income, and he was working hard, so I ultimately decided to withdraw my complaint).
The driver was unwilling to drive to the front door of our hotel due to steep and uneven streets, which I understood, but when we walked up the hill to the car, the driver was complaining about how big our luggages were, and said we should’ve booked a private van instead of a shared limousine (mind you I had checked the luggage size requirement in the description before booking and ours met the guidelines). Everything fit at the end with a bit of arrangement so all that nagging was really unnecessary. The entire 6 hour drive he constantly honked at cars, passing lanes illegally and aggressively through narrow mountain roads. We felt so unsafe that we couldn’t rest the entire way. At hotel drop-off, he complained again about our luggage’s being too big. I gave it 2 stars since he was on time and we did arrive in 1 piece.
The bus from Noi Bai Airport departed four hours late, and the company arbitrarily changed our limousine bus to a sleeping bus. There was no compensation for the price difference caused by this change. Although I had no choice but to use this company's bus for the trip from Sapa to Hanoi, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
