• This tour is a fixed shared-ride route. Customers participating in this tour must adhere to the停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements made by the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point.
• Please note that no refunds will be given to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
• If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards.
• Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted.
• If the number of people is less than 12, a small vehicle with fewer than 14 seats will be used, equipped only with a driver and no tour guide service. If the number of people exceeds 12, one driver and one tour guide will be arranged.
• Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your night itinerary.
• The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase it yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition and ability. • Between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day before your trip, we will send you guide and meeting information via email. Please check your inbox! Sometimes emails may be mistakenly classified as spam, so please check your spam folder as well.
• Friends who use LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide cannot directly add you as a friend via LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, after you receive the email, please actively click on the tour guide's QR code to add the tour guide's LINE, so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner.
• Because the scenery varies in different seasons, the images in the introduction are reference renderings of the best viewing season for this attraction. The actual scenery is subject to the day of visit, and the pictures are for reference only.
• According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage duration must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion due to holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/number of attractions reduced.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 2+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-2 are free of charge and do not occupy a seat, but their participation is not recommended. If you wish to participate, please inform us by email in advance. If not informed in advance and seats are insufficient, the driver has the right to refuse carriage.
• Children under 2 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket; the ticket price is the same as for adults and a remark is required.
• Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.
