Reviews
Tour guide TENZO was the best! Not only did he made the tour enjoyable and seamless (because of the traffic on the last day of the ice festival), he went over and beyond by sharing tips and recommendations of food in Sapporo. Tour is a MUST esp during winter 🥰 Magical view
good experience we had with the day tour and guided by good and knowledgeable tour guide Mr.Tenzo. Will be joining the other tour in near future.
The tourist minibus was a bit crowded and the seats were not very comfortable. But the whole trip was very informative. Although it is a bit superficial, it is still very fulfilling. We returned to Sapporo city one hour earlier than expected, so I thought we could give tourists more time to visit the last scenic spot (Hell Valley). The tour guide (Mr. Pan) and the driver try their best to cooperate with tourists, are funny and introduce Hokkaido food and attractions. The only drawback is that Mr. Pan could consider talking more about Japanese culture like other tour guides and explaining what to pay attention to and the walking route before arriving at the attractions (for example, some of our tourists in Hell Valley were considering whether to walk around for fear of not having enough time).
The tour guide Xiao Pan’s explanations are very detailed, and he is humorous from the moment he gets on the bus to the end. You must look for Xiao Pan when you come to Hokkaido! Highly recommended, thumbs up, thumbs up
The tour guide Xiaotao Leo is very professional. He explains in detail all the attractions, history, precautions, and ice cream. The time is well controlled. It is a great itinerary!
The Sapporo tour was a very enjoyable and well-organized experience, offering a great balance of sightseeing and comfort throughout the day. The itinerary covered key attractions efficiently, allowing plenty of time to take in the scenery without feeling rushed. Everything ran on schedule, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, providing helpful insights and making the experience more meaningful. The driver was also professional and ensured a safe, comfortable journey between destinations. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable tour that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Tracy is our tour guide she’s bubbly and very fun to be with.
