What to expect

First stop is Noboribetsu Hell Valley, where gray-white smoke continuously rises from the crater, and the strong smell of sulfur fills the air. It feels like standing on the edge of a cracked earth, both shocking and wonderful. Next, head to the Showa Shinzan area. You can take the Usuzan Ropeway to the summit for a panoramic view of Lake Toya’s calm surface and the vast Pacific Ocean; or visit the Bear Ranch to buy some biscuits and watch the brown bears adorably beg for food, which is both cute and therapeutic. The lakeside of Lake Toya is even more exciting – relax with a foot bath or enjoy the breeze on a sightseeing boat. The itinerary also includes complimentary ice cream from Lake Hill Farm, with over 20 flavors to choose from. Enjoy it while admiring Mount Yotei, for a perfectly pleasant experience.

This is my first time here. The tour guide is also the driver, so it's hard for him to take us around. But he's still leading us very diligently. I think it's a lot of fun. The driver's introduction is also very thorough!
Besides providing thoughtful introductions to various attractions and Hokkaido information, our tour guide Sisi also recommended many great restaurants at each location. The itinerary was well-planned, making it a very fulfilling and wonderful trip.
With a Chinese-speaking driver for pickup and drop-off, we traveled from Sapporo city to the more remote areas to experience the scenery of Noboribetsu and Lake Toya. This was our first private car charter experience, and my friends and I all agreed it was excellent!
Today, we boarded at Datong as well. Two of our friends didn't make it, but there were really only two seats left on the bus, so it was a bit cramped. However, today's tour guide was excellent. Due to traffic jams and road closures, we arrived at the first scenic spot much later than scheduled, forcing us to shorten our visiting time. The tour guide was very apologetic and worked hard to come up with solutions to ensure we could complete all the行程. At noon, they even went to the convenience store to buy us drinks as compensation. Thank you very much! 👍 Overall, today's trip was pleasant and smooth!
Two adults and one child had a great time! The snowmobile experience was wonderful. It requires an extra fee payable in cash, and I highly recommend it. The bear farm also requires an extra entrance fee (payable in cash), but the kids enjoyed feeding the bears. The driver's smooth and safe driving is also highly commendable! I usually get carsick easily, but I was even able to use my phone steadily.

The Lake Toya snowmobile experience was so cool! You can get a close-up view of the beautiful winter scenery. The driver was also very experienced, and the timing was perfect. A wonderful trip.

The driver wore a scowl the entire time. When I asked him where to buy tickets to see the bears, he actually told me to find it myself.
