Reviews
Our tour guide, Zhou Yanfeng, was absolutely fantastic! He took us to the secret spot of Oyunuma in Hell Valley (the large bus couldn't get there, so we took a more maneuverable 9-seater car). The entire journey was very smooth, and we slept comfortably. He also introduced the characteristics of each attraction, and we had a great time exploring Otaru for the last hour and a half, which felt like plenty of time. We covered a total of 350 kilometers, circling the entire southern part of Sapporo. Thank you, tour guide! I highly recommend this tour; overall, the natural scenery of the national park and strolling along the Otaru Canal were both wonderful!
Thank you, Ms. Zhou Lijia, for guiding our group. You were very responsible with your bilingual explanations throughout the trip, which must have been quite tiring given the long drive. Jigokudani (Hell Valley) offers a spectacular volcanic landscape, similar to what you might find in Yangmingshan in Taipei, but the addition of snow here makes it feel quite unique. Lake Toya is beautiful, but the time spent there felt a bit short. It would have been even better if we could have included a short walking trail, similar to what we did at Jigokudani.
Mr. Jay was the tour guide for this trip. He thoroughly introduced each attraction and took excellent care of everyone in the group. I highly recommend this tour with Jay as the guide.
Our tour guide, Jenny from Taipei, was excellent. She had a radiant smile and was very enthusiastic about answering questions.
Great value for the price! You can see Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley), the Bear Park, Lake Toya Observatory, and Otaru all in one day. Perfect for friends who just want a glimpse!
Thank you to our guide, Jay, for a very fulfilling day. From Hell Valley to the Bear Park, Lake Toya, and finally Otaru, everything was handled very responsibly!
Tour guide CC was fantastic! The explanations were very clear, and the timing was perfect. Among the tours I booked in Japan this time, this tour guide's explanation was exceptionally clear and good.
Our tour guide, Rita, is also Taiwanese, and it was truly heartwarming to meet someone from my home country abroad. She was incredibly friendly and professional, making the introductions to attractions, Hokkaido's history, and more very interesting. The best part is how amazing Rita is; she speaks both English and Japanese exceptionally well! We had a wonderful time on this trip. Thank you, Rita, for showing us around Hokkaido!
This itinarary should be 18.00 tour finish, but the actual we 4.40 pm we leave Otaru going back to Sapporo as the time in screenshoot on the top. The tour guide a bit mean.
The timing for this itinerary is too tight without time to enjoy the scenery especially at Hell’s Valley and Lake Toya observation deck. The bus provided did not have clean windows making it difficult to enjoy the scenery along the way.
