Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult to enter.

It is not recommended for seniors over 60 to enter.

Water will be sprayed inside the inflatable castle, so visitors need to bring a change of clothes.

There are showers (coin-operated hot water) and hair dryers available on site.

Please do not wear any sharp, protruding, or hard accessories (such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.) to avoid injuring yourself or others in case of a fall or collision.

Long fingernails are strictly prohibited in the inflatable water park area, as they can easily cause scratches or punctures. Children are not advised to wear glasses when playing; hair clips and hair accessories on girls' heads are also considered dangerous items, please remove them first.

It is strictly forbidden to bring any fragile items, containers, bats, wooden sticks, sharp objects, or similar items into the play area.

It is strictly forbidden to bring controlled knives, flammable, explosive, corrosive items, or any items that endanger public safety and are explicitly prohibited by law into the play area; in case of violation, the police will be notified for legal action.

No water, food, or drinks are allowed in the inflatable area.

Pushing, pulling, colliding, chasing, or any dangerous actions are strictly prohibited. If a visitor repeatedly fails to cooperate after being advised by on-site staff, they will be asked to leave the inflatable water park area.

Those who have consumed alcohol, suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, or have unhealed injuries to the cervical spine, spine, arms, or legs, as well as pregnant women, are strictly prohibited from entering the inflatable water park area. Consequences must be borne by the individual.
