Learn to craft dishes like delicate spring rolls and flavorful “Mỳ Quảng,” celebrating each small success along the way. Guided by Ms. A Rat Thi Hep, a Co Tu ethnic chef trained through the Streets International program, you gain insight into authentic Vietnamese cuisine and cultural traditions.
