Osaka and Surrounding Areas Private Car Charter：Kyoto/ Nara

Booking was simple and easy , affordable as a group , paid extra to get picked up out of area , texting was easy to organise , we customised our itinerary, stopped off at Kyoto Pokémon centre then went to Kyoto and Nara. our driver Guo was really nice, on time, punctual , friendly , the van was very clean, had recliner seats, tv and had Tom and Jerry on. recommend a lot.

The driver was very punctual and drove very carefully, allowing us to have a very fulfilling day trip in Kyoto. I highly recommend chartering a car with elderly people, it's really very convenient.

Thanks to the company & our driver, Mr Li Zhihong, for the service. 2 days before our trip, the company proactively contacted us to confirm the itinerary & patiently explained the route in great detail. We were not aware that the route covered only Kyoto City, as it was listed as Kyoto, so we'd included Uji in our planned itinerary. service: Despite our misunderstanding & the long list of places we hoped to visit, the company & Mr Li worked together to plan a realistic & efficient itinerary. The route was thoughtfully organised, allowing us ample time to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. We also made a few last-minute changes during the trip. Despite the limited prior communication regarding these adjustments, Mr Li was accommodating & did his best to meet our requests. His professionalism & customer-oriented attitude were commendable. Once again, thank you to the company & Mr Li Zhihong for ensuring we had a smooth and memorable trip.

The driver was incredibly friendly, provided excellent information about Japan, and answered all our questions wonderfully. We felt very safe with her driving, and the restaurant she recommended was delicious. The car was very clean, and even for just two of us, it was an Alphard, making the whole experience very comfortable.

Our driver Li was fantastic! Day before our pickup, he contacted me via WhatsApp. I opted for my own itinerary during booking, since we were looking for a more relaxed day, as our group included 2 seniors and 2 young children. I provided our driver a list of places we wanted to see and he suggested an itinerary. Pickup was punctual and before leaving the car at each site, he gave us a brief description of the place. Great communication and we all had a great time!
