Booking Requirements
- Car Charter service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00, with the latest departure time at 10:00.
- If you need to depart after 10:00 and end after 20:00, in addition to the overtime fee, you will need to pay an additional 2,000 yen/hour night service fee (less than an hour will be charged as a full hour)
- This service is for transportation only. The driver does not provide guiding or commentary.
- All pick-up and drop-off points for this service are pre-set to be in Osaka City. If your pick-up or drop-off point is outside of Osaka City, the actual service will be deducted from the driver's waiting time and mileage.
- Intercity travel requires an additional fee: 7-seater: 6,000 JPY/city; 10-seater: 10,000 JPY/city

This time, Master Deng helped our family of six with a one-day tour of Kyoto. The day before, he proactively contacted me to coordinate the travel arrangements. On the day of departure, he was already waiting for us at the entrance of our guesthouse early in the morning. We set off for Kiyomizu-dera Temple in a comfortable and spacious 7-seater business van. He dropped us off very close to the entrance, saving us a long walk, and clearly instructed us on our route. He then waited for us at the entrance of Ninenzaka, so we didn't have to retrace our steps. Afterward, he took us to our lunch spot, then to Gion Hanamikoji, and finally, we even had time to take photos at Arashiyama Togetsukyo Bridge. It was thanks to Master Deng's professional and courteous assistance that we were able to comfortably visit so many attractions on a rainy day. We hope to see him again next time we visit Osaka and Kyoto.
Chen-san is epic! He is fluent in English and really understands your needs. There were a few minor hiccups, like waiting for him at some places due to traffic and narrow roads in Kyoto, but overall it was smooth. We used our own itinerary in Kyoto: Fushimi Inari (10 mins for photos) Stop to buy matcha powder at Otanien Shop Walk along Ninenzaka (about 1.5 hours) Lunch at Arashiyama Bridge (spend around 3 hours) Ride the Sagano train from Saga Station to Kameoka, where Chen-san picked us up and drove us back to Osaka on time His driving skills were superb, and thanks to him, we had a truly memorable day. We toured around Kyoto at our phase and ease because we chose the customized itinerary for 10 hours in Kyoto. Considering the major destinations were full of tourists, having your own schedule will make it more enjoyable. We are grateful to our driver Chen!
We had a wonderful trip from Osaka to Kyoto with a group of four. The journey was smooth and well organized, and our driver, Mr. Bai, provided excellent guidance throughout the trip. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in directing us to some of Kyoto’s most beautiful destinations. The highlights of the trip included the Bamboo Forest and Fushimi Inari Shrine, both of which were truly breathtaking and unforgettable experiences. We had a great time with our driver Fan who kept us safe from our Osaka to Kyoto travel and tours. He speaks english fluently so communication was not a problem. My family of 5 had a wonderful day touring Kyoto, Nara and Minoh. We had a full itinerary and Deng made it efficient and smooth. Sunnan was amazing! He was sooooo accomodating and it helped to pay more for English. He was punctual and assisted on our family having a great/easy/ stress free experience coming from Osaka to Kyoto. i would definitely book w him and urge others to do so as well.
We had Mr Jiang as our driver for the day, and I couldn't have asked for a better driver! Mr Jiang was professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond by recommending an additional stop in our itinerary, and also recommending us a restaurant for lunch. He even opened the car doors for us whenever we got on and off the car 😂 Overall I would highly recommend this if you have elderly or kids and its not so convenient to take the public transport.
Deng was a fantastic driver and tour guide. We requested to go to Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens and Rokkosan Pasture. He was always early waiting for us outside so we did not have to bear much Summer heat. He is also a very safe driver, so if you bring your kids or elderly parents, you are in good hands. 😊
