Osaka and Surrounding Areas Private Car Charter

Worth every cent spent! Our trip was convenient and safe from start to finish. Mei was so lovely, very calm and good in navigation driver. Car was clean and spacious - hybrid Toyota Alphard. She willingly opens the door for us even if we have told her she dont have to. She gave us the liberty to choose where to go, and suggested kindly how many hours to spend but never argued or forced us to shorten our time. We were able to visit the Nara Park, Arashiyama area, Gion District, Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka. She picked up and dropped us off from our hotel doorstep . Such a good decision as we had an elderly and kid with us. Some of us hage been to Kyoto and Nara before and this is way better compared to doing DIY commute as this as saved us time and less walks- which means more time to experience each spot visited.

Mr Enman Bu is our driver for this day. he understands a little english. he is very polite. he makes sure we are comfortable in our ride. you can tell him where you want to go and what time you want to be picked up. we visited osaka castle, legoland and osaka aquarium. we have 3 seniors and 2 kids on this trip which is very convinient. he was early at the hotel lobby and was waiting for us. but he asked to take our time. ;) kudos Mr Enman Bu. hope to ride with you again!

Driver-san was on time and very polite. Just make sure to have internet/pocket wifi and google translate for smooth communication. :) It was fortunate we booked a private car because it was raining hard when we went to Nara in the morning. With senior members in tow, it would have been difficult to commute. In the afternoon when we reached Kyoto, we were a bit lucky to have a bit of sun. Thank you to Klook and driver-san for the smooth trip!

The driver Leo was polite and attentive. He would suggest an itinerary and arrange our lunch. He also told us how to get to each scenic spot, allowing us to catch the tail of the red leaves. He also introduced local history and background along the way, allowing us to better understand the background of the tourist destination. and Japanese culture. We were able to make full use of the ten hours to visit our designated attractions and go to Nishikitenmangu Shrine to buy royal guards and Nishiki Market to buy millet seeds. We are very happy and satisfied with the trip 👍🏻

Our driver was super polite and friendly and made our trip to Kyoto stress free. Unfortunately we were a bit too early for cherry blossoms however we were able to visit a lot of places in one day which we would not have been able to if we did it ourselves. Highly recommended

provider contacted me via viber 4 days in advance to confirm our itinerary then add the driver in a chat group 2 days before. everything is communicated in english. van is spacious, clean and comfortable. driver is always on time and is patient in waiting for us. Thank you Mr. Zhang. Our family really had a great time touring around Kyoto!

The Chinese-speaking driver, named Leo, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the long journey, he made it interesting and lively by telling us the histories of many Japanese places the internet would never be able to tell us. Moreover, he helped us find a place to eat teppanyaki Kobe beef for lunch on the spot, catering to our every food need. He brought us to Nara park in the morning and to ride Rokko cable car after lunch. He made a very long and dull trip enjoyable. Definitely recommended it for people not familiar with Japan as they will truly enjoy a day out with a friendly and knowledgeable driver like Leo.

Chartered van with custom itinerary was worth it. It’s pricey but it’s because of the convenience it brings esp with elderly. Aki-san, our driver, was quiet, but very accommodating. He followed our itinerary - from our hotel in Osaka to Mt Rokko Snow Park (in Kobe) to Arashiyama in Kyoto. We’re not able to fit Nara in our trip due to lack of time, though there’s an option to extend for ¥5k per hour for the entire group. Very easy to communicate via Viber and Aki-san was quick to respond if we’re ready to go to the next location. You really get to customize your itinerary even in real time, like when we asked Aki-san if we can stop by Lawson or Fam Mart on the way to Kyoto to grab a quick lunch. I highly recommended this to a group of 6 or more esp for first timers with elderly and/or small kids. Thank you Klook, our coordinator Sanny and to our driver Aki-san. Arigatou gozaimashita!

Specifically love this ride, we are group of 7 adults, so private chartered car was a good choice. our itinerary was customized which i informed them early via email, i also tried to communicate with the service provider via chat in klook which they acknowledged. the driver contacted me via whatsapp to reconfirm my itinerary about 2-3days before the ride. the driver also gave us route suggestions so we do not miss our train. he doesnt speak english but he was really polite and even apologised to us for not being able to speak english :’) we have no problem communicating with him via whatsapp and we also used google translate which helps us quite alot! what important is we are able to visit all our planned itinerary! our itinerary is 1 day trip: Pick up at hotel lobby in Osaka Namba at 8:15am Visit Nara Park to feed the deers (~9:30am) Visit Nakatanidou Mochi Shop (~10am) Depart for Kyoto at 1130am Kyoto Kinkajuji Temple Lunch at Yosiya Arashiyama at 2:30pm Kyoto Kimono Forest Kyoto Togetsu-Kyo Bridge dropoff at Kyoto Station at 5:00pm catch Shinkansen to Shinagawa at 6pm
