- The Wolong area has an altitude of approximately 1700 meters. Please ensure that you are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are elderly travelers aged 70 or above (inclusive), they must be accompanied by at least one relative aged 18-69 to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- For safety reasons, this product is not available for pregnant women. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please do not feed or throw objects into the panda enclosure.
- Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After a successful booking, your trip butler will contact you via email within 2 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can contact your trip butler using the supplier's email address provided on your confirmation slip.
- The staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated place and time.
- The itinerary does not include meals; you can ask the driver for recommendations or prepare your own meals in advance.
- All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
- The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
- Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the tour, and the accompanying adult will be their guardian during the activity.
- Children 130 cm (inclusive) and under can enter Shenshuping Base for free, and the driver will refund the ticket fee on-site according to the scenic area policy.
- Wolong Shenshuping Panda Base offers permanent free admission to Hong Kong residents. Drivers will refund the ticket fee on-site.
