What items are included in the cost? Are there any additional charges? This activity provides one-way private car transfers between Huanglong Jiuzhai Station and Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, Songpan Station and Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, a skilled driver, and fuel costs.
Does this service include admission tickets? This service does not include admission tickets for attractions, activities, or other transportation services. You will need to purchase any such tickets yourself.
When will the operator provide driver and license plate information after placing an order? Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email sent by the platform. The service provider will update the driver and license plate information in the Klook voucher before 20:00 on the day before departure.
What languages do the drivers speak? The drivers speak Chinese. They do not speak English, but can respond to customers through translation devices.
Where can I get on or off? This service area includes hotels near the High-Speed Rail Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, Songpan Station, Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Please note that this service’s pick-up range does not include Jiuzhaigou County.

- It can accommodate 8 passengers if no luggage is carried.
Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Jiuzhaigou tickets are in high demand, please buy your tickets in advance before going to the scenic area, so as not to delay your travel.
- The Jiuzhaigou scenic area is large, and a full day is required for sightseeing. It is not recommended to make a round trip on the same day.

highly recommended to get a private car, it’s way more comfortable, smoother, and it gets you to the door right in front of your hotel. even though the price is on a higher size, it’s worth for not require to travel to the bus station point.

For non-peak season, Klook arranged the same driver for the return ride back to Huanglongjiuzha station which to me is a good gesture if you get a good driver.

Pick up area is a bit messy due to ongoing renovation at the station hence a short walk further out to the driveway as private hires not allowed near station exit area. Overall, driver is polite and hospitality offering advice and help to alleviate high attitude sickness.

The driver did meet us at the train station but we need to walk about 100 meter to wait for his car at the roadside of the highway. it is better if he could drive his car into the train station parking lot so that we don't have to walk out to the main road. The driver said his car is not allowed to go into the train station. I don't know why.
