Ha Noi - Cat Ba Bus

Clean car, safe driver, pick up on time. The staff on the car are very enthusiastic and responsible. Priority to get off the ferry first, no need to queue.

The tour guide contacted us the night before and carefully arranged the pick-up time. After arriving, they also arranged transportation to the hotel. The driver drove smoothly the entire way. It was a great trip.

If you go from Hanoi to Cat Ba, definitely use this~ Contact Jin and the guide on the day via KakaoTalk + WeChat before departure. After picking up from your Hanoi Old Town accommodation, take the same bus to drop off at your Cat Ba accommodation~ No need to transfer~ You also take the bus to take the ferry~ Departing at 11am, arriving at 4pm~ You can stop by a rest area around 1pm and spend 20 minutes there. There is a mart, restaurant, and coffee shop at the rest area, and it is clean. They give you water and charge your batteries when you ride the bus~ The limousine bus is also spacious and comfortable. Thank you Jin for your thoughtfulness, even sending a last-minute message to confirm that I arrived at the Cat Ba hotel safely.

It was great to ride a very comfortable limousine from Hanoi to my accommodation. It was easy to contact the guide via WhatsApp, and most importantly, I couldn't get on the limousine as scheduled (it was my fault ㅠㅠ), but the tour company was very flexible and resolved the situation, so I was very grateful. They also connected me well with the tour in Lan Ha Bay, so I highly recommend it!!!

excellent transfer and great communication. we stayed on the bus the whole time on the way to Cat Ba which was fantastic - however on our return transfer to Hanoi had to get off the bus and onto the ferry which caused a few people to panic as they’d just got themselves comfortable for the trip on the bus.

You can communicate directly through WhatsApp and they are friendly. In particular, the bus condition is very good. The seats are similar to those of an airport limousine, so you can move comfortably. It takes about 4 hours and they pick you up at your accommodation and drop you off at your accommodation. You don't have to get off the bus because you take the bus and then take a boat. Highly recommended for those who want to travel comfortably!

If you are considering traveling to Cat Ba, I definitely recommend this bus service. As explained, if you stay near Hoam Kien, you can easily pick it up from there and drop it off at your accommodation in Cat Ba. The staff are also really friendly, and I had a staff member named Jin who was very attentive and helpful. The accommodation I stayed at was difficult for buses to get to, so they even dropped me off at the accommodation using an electric cart. Next time I travel to Cat Ba, I will definitely use this bus service again.

When I went from Hanoi to Cat Ba Island, I got on the bus and took the boat, which was great, but on the day I had to go from Cat Ba Island back to Hanoi, because of the traffic... I had to take all my luggage off the bus, transfer to the boat, get off the boat, walk to the parking lot, transfer to the bus, and the process was so difficult and inconvenient ㅠㅠ Maybe because of the delay, I didn't even stop at a rest area along the way ㅠㅠ

Because it was a limousine bus, the seats were very clean and comfortable! In particular, I liked the fact that I didn't have to change buses to get to Cat Ba Island.
