We simply love this hotel as it is so cozy and nice. My son enjoyed it so much too. Breakfast spread was amazing. They even offer tea time and dessert at night. Comes with 2 private onsen for families / couple. Would defintely return in future!

very easy to check in. nice hotel near the hakone yumoto station. just walk around 3 minutes and you'll be there by the hotel. took the room with private onsen. really satisfied with the room facilities.

very scenic place for onsen and sight seeing. the location is walkable from the Hakone-Yumoto train station but you can arrange for pick up once you reach the train station. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too.

this was a an extremely excellent experience but I could not recommend you book through klook as they failed to provide any of the access codes needed to check-in fortunately we managed to sneak in with another group so we were able to contract staff to get assistance we our check in.
