We had a great stay—big thanks to Zhe and Yuyung for their warm and attentive service! They really made our experience extra special. All the staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which added a really warm touch. The facilities were excellent, and the private hot spring bath in our room was definitely the highlight—such a relaxing and luxurious experience. Overall, it felt like a high-end stay, though the price is definitely more on the indulgent side than great value. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, but the quality didn’t quite live up to what we’ve come to expect in Japan, especially at this price point. The room layout could use some improvement—the toilet is at the far end, separate from the bath and sink, which isn’t ideal. The sofa also blocks part of the access to the beds on the tatami mat, which makes it a bit tricky to move around without bumping into things. All in all, a memorable stay with a few quirks, but the friendly service really stood out!

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Indigo Hotel Hakone. The staff were friendly and warm, the hot springs were very clean and had a jacuzzi too, and I loved that all rooms had their own balcony with baths. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I get the chance.

If you are looking for a room with an indoor onsen, look no further. located at Gora w a hotel shuttle at Odawarq station. book river view for a fab view as you onsen. loved the buffet breakfast with internationl and local selection.
