everything was excellent - location, staff, amenities and the price...just wasnt informed that theres an entrance nearer the hotel. instead of tugging our luggages from the diamond lobby to the hotel. i would have enjoyed the shops and the sights if not for the luggages.

The hotel staff are kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 4-day stay in the hotel. The infinity pool is also a good reason to be relaxed while admiring the Macau tower.

Friendly staff and excellent bar. I always feel at home when I stay there. Highly recommended for the price and quality you get. I haven't tried their breakfast yet, but the room service is both very helpful at all times and their room service menu is nice. I highly recommend their caesar salad. As for location, it's literally within walking distance of the Outee Macau ferry terminal. The Vasco bar manager is very friendly and accommodating. Private events can be booked there as well as I noticed there was a celebration held there.

the hotel was super nice.. we received a complementary cake for our wedding anniversary.. staff are so accommodating, they upgraded us to eiffel tower view.
