I have booked a Deluxe room for my parent to celebrate their wedding anniversary and my dad's 80th birthday for their first stay at Hotel Okura Macau. After my parent has returned to HK, they couldn't stop praising the intimate arrangement including the room decorations, anniversary cake, fruits and all guest services that the hotel has specially offered to them. All these has made their special celebrations become a memorable & pleasant experience. Special thanks to Ms. Una Guo for the advance arrangement and also Mr. Jenkins (謝先生) for his warm on-site greetings and patience to provide all necessary assistance & detailed guidance. My parent are very satisfied with the sincere and excellent guest services provided. I will not hesitate to recommend Hotel Okura Macau to our friends so that they can also enjoy their wonderful stay at an outstanding hotel.
