Everything was amazing. The staff spoke enough English for the check in process to be smooth. I just wish the dinner was buffet style like the breakfast.

The staff is extremely friendly. The frozen food they sell is delicious. The indoor onsen is very well-equipped and clean. We liked everything.

The experience was very good. The place is very clean and comfortable. It's small but has everything you need.

The best hostel I've ever stayed in, super clean and warm. Kanasan will take care of every guest very attentively and help us confirm restaurants, facilities and various routes! We chose a double room with a tatami room, but the bed was super comfortable, and there was an electric blanket on the table in the room! The guests inside are also very friendly. Highly recommended!

it was an amazing experience. The staff , the facilities and the food was superb. I highly recommend it.
