this was the best place I have ever stayed in my life. 5 stars is too low. the dinner, the atmosphere, everything about this place was amazing!

if you want an authentic Japanese inn experience, you can’t do better than this. Small (only 3 rooms) with a super-friendly and helpful staff. the room is tatami and you will be sleeping on the traditional floor bed. You reserve the on-site for a private bath that would fit 1-2 people. There is a burger restaurant on site for lunch and dinner; breakfast is in room serve-yourself pastries and soup. A quiet spot away from the tourist streets of Yumoto.

Location: It's really close to Hakone-Yumoto Station, with large windows offering direct views of the mountains and stream. Facilities: The decor is primarily wood-based, which is very relaxing. Unfortunately, there's only one room with a private hot spring, and it's impossible to book. Dining: The room type we purchased included breakfast, which offered Japanese, Western, and Chinese options – all abundant and delicious. Price: Over ten thousand Taiwanese dollars per night, which is quite expensive.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the private onsen… I booked the 9 PM slot and enjoyed a relaxing soak in complete privacy. I also met some Indonesian staff members who were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more memorable.

We had the Japanese style, ryokan… very very nice, huge room. Hotel is wonderful and staff are nice as well. There’s a bus that picks up from the hotel and drop off at the Yamanote station. Onsen is wonderful.

We really liked staying at the hotel in Japanese styled room with onsen. It was spacious with all needed equipment and accessories. The breakfast was typically Japanese so we didn’t know what we ate but generally we had nice experience at this hotel.

This hot spring hotel boasts an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Gora Station, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including a large public bath, an open-air hot spring, private hot spring baths, a shop, and complimentary yukata. After dinner, they provide ramen for a late-night snack, along with various free snacks, drinks, and ice cream, which the children absolutely loved! The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious enough, and each room also features a semi-open-air bath. For dinner, there are two kaiseki meal options to choose from. After checking in, you can reserve your dining time and select your menu at the front desk. We booked the first seating at 5:30 PM and chose the beef hot pot and sushi. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

Extremely convenient location and hotel boasts many facilities including restaurants of different variety, onsen (public & private), kids room (more for toddlers) and play area for children in general, self-service amenities, gift shop etc. Good value for money for a fuss-free stay in the area.
