Hotel Location: Very close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, only a 10-minute walk. There's a supermarket nearby, which is great for shopping. Convenience of Transportation: A bit far from the station, but convenient to take the bus. Cleanliness: Has utensils for cooking! The hotel is very clean. Service: Can help call a taxi, and the staff are very friendly 👍

The welcome cookies were delicious. Many of the staff are foreigners, so English communication is no problem. The hotel is large, but the large public bath is not very big, so be aware of the crowds. For this room rate, the breakfast is not cost-effective. The hotel has no parking lot; you have to fight for street parking, but there aren't many spaces available. These two points are a drawback. There are better options for this price...

Modern aesthetics, clean and subtle decor. Loved having a coffee bar and fresh pastries for purchase in the morning right next to the lobby. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Laundry on site with dryer and can notify you via email when done. only a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station.

Located in a quiet, local neighborhood, it's very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are also very large and comfortable. I will definitely book this place again next time!!

I was extremely satisfied with the kind and attentive service, the comfortable and luxurious rooms, the various programs offered on different days (Geiko and Maiko performances), and the delicious breakfast. I was very impressed with the consideration shown, such as upgrading the room and providing extra beds to accommodate the number of guests without even asking. In addition, they readily resolved requests that might have been difficult, such as asking for hospital guidance. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff once again. The location was also great, as I could easily walk to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Sannen-zaka, and Ninen-zaka and fully enjoy them.

Location is great. Walkable distance to shichijo station with lot of eateries around Accessories were excellent especially the robes, washing machine, cloth dryer and fully equipped kitchenette Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped book our cabs to Kyoto Station.
