it was our second time staying here at this hotel and the service and accommodation is very consistent. the only difference I can say is that the room we got this time was a bit smaller even if we booked the same double room. other than that, this hotel is still highly recommended if you want to stay near Kyoto station.

The hotel is conveniently located within the station, making it very easy to travel to different places. It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, but once we found it, everything was very convenient. The accommodation was comfortable, and the surrounding environment was pleasant.

Great location close to Kyoto train station. Lots of dining options. The hotel guest room is a highlight although lack of other entertainment facilities such as onsen, pool or convenience store on site. It fits our travel plan well. As we have revisited Kyoto for the third time, we didn’t spent time in the popular areas near Nishiki market or so.

M’s Hotel Kyoto was a very clean hotel, with a very comfortable sized bed for for a westerner in Japan. The staff was very friendly and patient when I was checking in and out, as my Japanese is not very good and they understood my English when I got confused. definitely will look into staying there next time I am in Kyoto. Top notch service and hotel!

Fantastic stay! Located just 10–15 minutes from Kyoto Station, the hotel features clean, spacious rooms and incredibly warm, welcoming staff. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Kyoto.
